Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Buyer's remorse
- Change of mind
- Preference regarding color, design, or style
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective due to a manufacturing issue
- Incorrect compared to your order
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Upon verification, we may offer one of the following remedies at no additional cost:
- Replacement product
- Refund to the original payment method
- Store credit, at our discretion where permitted by law
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing may require additional investigation before any resolution can be provided.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations will be possible.
Size and Color Variations
Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Minor differences in:
- Print placement
- Product dimensions
- Color appearance
- Material texture
may occur due to manufacturing processes and screen display settings. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after processing.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in restrictions on future purchases where permitted by law.
